Lately our emails seem to be landing in the spam/junk folder. If you haven’t gotten a reply from someone at Holiday Print within 2 business days, please check your spam and/or junk folder. If you still don’t see a reply from us, email us again or you can call us at 1-800-551-3740 and let us know. Sometimes email servers will junk it before it gets to you.
If you wish to receive emails from Holiday Print, please contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist/safelist our domain (holidayprint.com).We have tightened up our security in our email system to help prevent this in the future. Our emails are being hosted and sent out by one of the most trusted mail servers to date, Google. We have also implemented very strict DMARC policy on all outgoing emails. If they aren’t 100% authenticated, they won’t even get sent out.
